Rental FAQs

How do I make a reservation?

Guests are able to make reservations on our website or by contacting us directly to reserve through one of our professional agents.

How do you secure my booking?

Reservations require a 50% deposit by a major credit card. Once your deposit is processed, we will send a confirmation via email. The remaining balances are due 7-days prior to check-in by VISA, Mastercard or American Express. We do not accept cash or personal cheques for payment.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes, you can cancel your reservation. Cancellations up to 14-days before arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 14-days of arrival, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. Full payment is due 7-days prior to arrival, no refund after that. There are also no refunds for late arrivals, no shows or early departures.

Please note, some vacation rental properties will have a longer cancellation policy during peak times. Policies will show on the reservation listing when you reserve online. 

When can I check-in to my rental?

Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. on your arrival date, as our vacation properties become available. We make our best effort to ensure that your vacation rental is ready by 4:00 p.m. However, there are some situations where additional cleaning or maintenance may be required, and the property may not be ready until after 4:00 p.m. We will contact you once your vacation rental is ready.

When do I need to check-out?

Check-out is 10:00 a.m. on the departure date. When checking out please place all used towels into the tubs or shower. Start the dishwasher, remove any trash from the unit, lock the door and return keys (if applicable) to the office.

Is there an age requirement?

We have a minimum age of at least 25 years old to rent a vacation property.

Can we bring our pet?

Not all of our vacation rentals are pet-friendly. Please see the policies section of our vacation home listings or contact us directly for more information on available pet-friendly rentals. Please note that guests who bring pets into unauthorized units will face a charge of $500 to deep clean the accommodation following their stay.

Will my vacation rental have internet?

Yes, all of our properties have wireless internet included. Directions on how to access the wi-fi network will be included in the guidebook for your vacation rental.

Can I smoke?

Smoking is NOT permitted inside any vacation rental property. Designated smoking areas will be marked, if not, smoking will be permitted outside. Please be respectful and use appropriate containers for ashes and cigarette butts.

What do I need to bring with me?

You bring what you normally do when you go on vacation! All of our vacation rental properties will include sheets, linens, bath towels, dishes, glassware and cookware. You will also get a starter supply of dish soap, laundry detergent and fabric softener. Some rentals (depending on the homeowner) will even have some fun extras at no extra cost.

What can I do while on vacation?
